1.0       CALL TO ORDER: Meeting convened at 9:00 a.m.                                                                        

1.1       ROLL CALL ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

                        MEMBERS PRESENT:    Carol Pehl, Jeanne Pearson, Greg Rausser, Stan Seifert, Mark Huft

                        ADMINISTRATION PRESENT:  Mike Scully, Deborah Anderson, Carol Saul

2.0       UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

            2.1       Bond Program: The Board members held a special meeting to discuss the bond update that Ruth Alahydoian had presented at the last board meeting. The Board members were concerned about the projected assessed values in Mrs. Alahydoian’s report and directed Mrs. Saul to contact the financial advisors regarding several questions they had pertaining to changing the date for the bond sales, timeframe of sales to time of funding, projected assessed values and interest rates, and drop in AV’s after sales have begun.
