Conflict Managers
Conflict managers work in pairs during the morning recess and assist 1st through 3rd grade students in resolving peer conflicts. Each team will give up one recess a week.

Job Description: Help other students to resolve conflicts. Be a part of a team of students trained in conflict resolution techniques. Be willing to give up one morning break per week in order to be available to resolve conflicts. Job opening for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students.
