Oak View PTC Volunteer Form

Oak View Parent/Teacher Club has many exciting activities and fundraisers planned for the upcoming 2009/2010 school year. Our events and fundraisers can only be successful with the help of our volunteers. We have created this form to help us better organize our events. We realize schedules may change and you may not be able to help with every event. Please sign up for as many activities that interest you and we will call you with more information. Junior Achievement

A fun program exploring the economics and resources in our community. Program runs for approximately 6 weeks. 1hr time commitment per week.
